The Souq Lemas offers free delivery within the UAE when buying with 500 dirhams and above, and the cost for purchases lower than that is 18 dirhams, even if you choose to pay in cash you will not be required to pay more than that
Returns are based on a 14-day period from the date of purchase, according to UAE law
Free returns are now available
The Souq Lemas offers free return and parcel delivery services (products to be returned) to UAE customers. Returns are free, if you want to return any product, within 15 days from the date of receiving the products, you can enjoy a free return for the first time only. As for the return of additional products from the same request, the shipping fee for each package will be as follows; AED 20 for UAE orders.

Please contact customer service by submitting a ticket on our site, indicating the product or products you wish to return and the reason for the return. we will respond within 24 hours. Thank you for your patience.
After receiving return instructions from us, you will be contacted and scheduled to receive the shipping representative of the returned shipments.

Most returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the order. The amount will be returned to your wallet in the Souq Lemas if you are not informed in advance of returning the amount to your payment account. You can use the wallet balance for the next purchase or withdraw it to the payment account. Upon refund, you will receive a confirmation email.

* The customer who wishes to return parcels within the UAE must write down the price of each product that is returned in the parcel invoice, and in the event that the customer fails to note the price/prices indicated, he must pay an amount of 50 dirhams.
Return terms
Upon receiving your package, you have 15 days to decide whether or not you are satisfied with the products. If you have any product issues, please contact customer service and you will surely find help.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits (tight clothes), erotic lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (excluding scarves, bags, dresses, and shoes).
Returned products must be unused with the original package, and we cannot recover the used product if it is damaged or washed and does not change it in any way.
We do not accept the return of goods returned by you without first checking with us.
The return shipping fee is not refundable.
Note: The original shipping fee, the cost to pay on delivery, and insurance are not refundable.
The return process is processed within 5 business days after we receive the package. The amount of the refund depends on the method of payment. The following are the policies followed:
In the case of payment by credit card:
The amount paid will be returned to your credit card or the Souq LEMAS wallet if according to your needs.
Please note, returning the amount to the SheIn wallet requires approximately one business day. As for returning the amount to the card account, it takes approximately 7 to 14 working days. You can use the wallet balance for upcoming purchases or transfer them to your payment account. An email will be sent once the return is completed
In the case of PayPal payment:
The amount paid will be returned to your PayPal account or the Limas market wallet if according to your needs.
Please note that it takes approximately 1 working day for your money to be returned to your Souq Lemas portfolio. As for returning the amount to a Paypal account, it takes approximately 2 to 7 working days. You can use the wallet balance for upcoming purchases or transfer them to the same Paypal account from which the payment was made. An email will be sent once the return is completed.
In the case of COD payment:
If you paid on the payment method, the amount will be returned to the Souq Lemas portfolio and you can use it with in the next purchase. Returning the amount to a wallet takes approximately one business day.
Please note that the balance for payment upon receipt in the Souq Lemas wallet cannot be transferred to another account or any bank card.
Please be sure to check carefully the returned products before shipping out. We will not be responsible for returning any products that are not from the Souq Lemas website.
Return address
If you wish to return the product to the nearest returns address, please send a ticket from your own account, and the customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours.
(Please do not return to the address provided with the order shipped. This is not our return address, as this will affect the return process.)
Note: It is not permitted to request the replacement of any products for payment customers upon receipt.
Countries of the Cooperation Council and other countries
The clearance fee for Kuwaiti and Egyptian shipments is 18 dirhams per shipment.

In the event that the order is not received, any shipping and customs costs will not be returned and you will be charged for it That is in all countries

Our service level standards provide two delivery attempts and two calls at different times and dates. If the shipments are not delivered for reasons beyond our control, i.e. refusal of acceptance by the addressee, or the wrong name or address, then this flight will be treated as the first attempt and will be charged accordingly.

International returns are based on a 14-day period, during which a fee is borne by the buyer
In Kuwait and Bahri for every 1 kg 50 + 15 dirhams for every 0.5
AED 115 per 0.5 kg in Saudi Arabia, Oman and Egypt + 25 dirhams for each additional 0.5 kg
